    SERVICE TO A LIBRARY
    SENIOR SERVICE BAR
    1953 MAROON
    This is a MAROON Senior Aide Bar created in 1953 for Service to a LIBRARY.
    It has a recessed PAINTED surface which is very fragile, but I have some that are in Excellent Condition
    .
    They are actually new, old stock, but even so, some still have a few specks of paint missing. This ran until 1961 when the color was changed to PINK making this Maroon color a hard to find pin that was available for only seven years.  The Girl Scout catalog number is 9-175 meaning it is painted with a J-hook catch.
