Change or Coin Purses (along with Belt Purses,) were very popular and inexpensive when made of vinyl or plastic.  This cute purse opens accordion style to allow plenty of room.  It could also be attached to a belt to become hands free.  These look
brand new and unused
, but the snap on both seem slightly scratched or discolored. The plastic is still soft and supple.  It measures approximately 3.5" x 2.75" closed and opens to 5.5".
