    INTERNATIONAL UNDERSTANDING!   THIS IS THE MOST DIFFICULT OF THE SERIES TO FIND and is Quite RARE.
    I assume that is because girls were not interested in International issues in the 1970s, and because older Girl Scout membership was on the decline.  These are BRAND NEW on the original card.
