    1976 Cadillac DeVille. New paint must take delivery in boca raton fl or pay for car carrier. I bought this car a couple months ago from Miller Brothers in Corning New York. They advertised it on ebay as a nuts and bolts restoration. They said this on their marketing materials I have that was on the car and stupidly also in their paperwork to me that I signed. The owner also made me wire them the money rather than pay for it on ebay. I thought this was very peculiar. It would take about 8900 to be drivable on the highway. according to Spanish River Auto. I am disclosing because the dealer defrauded me.
