    Two side hold down screws, top screw & spacer included (OEM).
    No signs of use, cracks or old glue.
    Suggest to remove old shield before purchasing, this will tell you if the old heat shield is glued to heat block. Must old glue remove before new item goes on. Hopefully, your unit will have little or no glue under old shield.
