    his auction is for 8 Fostoria June Ice Dishes, 8 crabmeat, and 8 Fruit Cocktail Inserts. The ice dishes, crabmeat, and fruit cocktail inserts are in excellent condition with no chips, scratches, cloudiness, or repairs. I have used them for entertaining and they are great. Shaved ice is placed in the bowl and the inserts are placed in the center and the ice keeps the item cold during service. The ice dishes are approximately 4 3/4" tall by 2 3/4" wide. The crabmeat inserts are approximately 2 3/4" tall by 2 1/2" wide. The fruit cocktail inserts are approximately 3 3/4" wide by 2 1/4" tall. The production period for the stemware is from 1928 to 1944.  The inserts are very hard to find, especially the fruit cocktail inserts.  The sets are very beautiful and ready for entertaining.
