These pages are in above average condition and almost complete for the years covered.  Some pagfes might be missing.  Cannot tell as they are not numbered.  Exterior of the book is in great shape.  pages too.  Stamps were stripped out but the mounts were left to start you off and to assure minimal damage to the pages.   Well worth the starting price.  In fact a little bidding on this is probably appropriate.
