Bolt VM-110 LED Macro Ring Light with 58mm adapter ring

Description

I do a lot of macro work.  I bought this ring light some years ago, but recently upgraded my camera system.  With the new equipment, I no longer have any lens that could be connected with this flash.
By the way, I've included a 58mm adapter ring.
As you can see from the photos, this is model BX0158
