HOLDS 8 OUNCES: Butterie’s small, compact size takes up very little counter space, and yet it holds a wide variety of butter stick sizes. It can comfortably hold 8 ounces/2 sticks of butter, or the popular European butters, such as Kerrygold, President, or Plugra. Butterie can also hold a standard block of cream cheese.
EASY TO CLEAN: Butterie is dishwasher safe and easy to clean (the attached lid does pop-off). You can run Butterie through the dishwasher dozens of times and it will look as new as the day you bought it. Butterie is made with a high-quality, sturdy, shatterproof, food-safe, BPA-free plastic. If you prefer to keep your Butterie in the refrigerator, it will perform better than any glass or ceramic butter dish since the lid will not fuse together when the butter becomes firm.

Counter or Fridge? Where do you keep your Butter?
My name is Joelle and I am the proud inventor of Butterie.
A few years ago, I learned butter does not have to be refrigerated. Do you know about keeping butter on the counter? For those who don't know (which is 50% of America, so you’re not alone!) it's both mind-boggling and life-changing to learn that your butter does not have to be stored in the fridge.
By keeping it on the kitchen counter (or in the cupboard, pantry, etc.) you will always have soft, easy-to-spread butter. Any brand of butter, both salted and unsalted; and…you ready?... it can be kept at room temperature for three weeks! Having soft butter is so convenient! The days of ripping your toast, or trying to spread cold, hard butter are gone.
However, the problem with room temperature butter is that it’s messy. Leaving it in the wrapper makes it difficult to use, and using a traditional 2-piece butter dish made a mess of the butter & my counter. I needed a better solution and so I invented Butterie.
