Ciroa Liquid Lines Butter Dish Stoneware Matte White Glaze out of production
For your consideration is this cool modern stoneware butter dish by Ciroa of Australia. Apparently no longer in production. Matte off white finish to the pieces. Both lid and base in very nice preowned condition. There is a spot of slight roughness on the surface of the lid. Not sure if it’s a scratch or some sort of residue that got on it (it wouldn’t come off with windex). Or if happened as part of production. There also appears to be a firing crack under the glaze on the lid running down the back left corner. It doesn’t penetrate to the underside so I don’t think it’s a hairline that happened post-production. Again, it’s very smooth and appears to be under the glaze. The lid and exterior of the base may have a few minor marks from handling but I was able to remove almost everything.
It measures about 6.75” long x 4.75” wide x 2.5” high with the lid. It will weigh about 2-3 lbs packed safely. Thank you!
