Fostoria Chintz Creamer & Sugar Ftd Baroque #2496 Elegant Depression Glass MINT

Just unpacked from a box packed away many years ago is a beautiful sugar & creamer set in the "Chintz" pattern.  This pattern was manufactured by the Fostoria Glass Company between 1940 and 1977.  I identified this pattern in the book "Collectible Glassware from the 40's, 50's, and 60's" (copyright 2010 - 10th edition) by Cathy & Gene Florence on page 14.  This sugar & creamer contains a fleur-de-lis in relief because the pattern is etched onto the Baroque #2496 blank, a popular Fostoria blank.  The Chintz pattern features various flowers and vines or leaves etched onto the #2496 blank.  This is a sturdy, hand-made, gorgeous and clean set and there is NO damage, NO cracks, NO chips, NO scratches at all.  PRISTINE CONDITION is how I would describe these two pieces.  The creamer stands about 4 inches tall and the sugar bowl stands between 3 1/2 and 3 3/4 inches tall.  Please see the photos, check my feedback, and ask any questions before making a purchase.  Shipping to the West Coast costs more so please wait for an invoice, especially if you live on the West Coast.  Thank you for visiting my eBay Store - you will be delighted with this set!!
