DEFECTIVE FAKES WILL NOT WORK RIGHT AND WE SERIOUSLY MEAN THAT
MOST DO NOT EVEN
WORK AT ALL!!!
LOOK AT THE PHOTOS TO

THEIR INTERNAL COMPONETS.
THEIR DIAPHRAGM IS MADE OF A THIN RUBBER LAYER THAT LOOKS TO BE
ROLLED OUT OVER BOTH SIDES OF WHAT ALSO LOOKS LIKE SOME KIND OF A NYLON MESH SCREEN!
VERY ODD WE THOUGHT!
IT HAS NO GIVE TO IT LIKE A RUBBER DIAPHRAGM SHOULD HAVE.
IT IS JUST ALL AROUND
MADE WRONG!
1. THE DIAPRAGM IS THIN AND TOO SMALL AROUND WHERE IT
DOES NOT WANT TO SIT INTO THE
RESSESED AREA WHERE IT IS SUPOSED TO.
IF IT IS TOO TIGHT THEN HOW IS IT (
THE DIAPHRAGM
) SUPOSSED TO
FLUCTUATE BACK AND FORTH TO PUMP THE FUEL! WE CANNOT SEE WHERE IT CAN!
I MEAN....... MAYBEY LITTLE TINY MOVEMENTS BUT NOW YOUR TALKING ABOUT A
LOT OF WEAR AND TEAR ON THE STARTER MOTOR WITH ALL THE UNESSASARY CRANKING OF THE ENGINE!
2. EVEN THE BRASS BREATHER VENT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IT WILL ALLOW THE
ACTUAL AIR THAT IT NEEDS TO
PASS BACK AND FORTH THROUGH IT!
THIS IS A MUST FOR THE DIAPHRAGM TO BE ABLE TO
FLUCTUATE BACK AND FORTH TO PUMP THE FUEL.
EVEN THE VALVES IN IT ARE MADE OF PLASTIC AND NOT RUBBER!
HOW IS THIN PLASTIC SUPOSSED TO SEAL UP AGAINST PLASTIC? IT WONT!
THIS WILL CAUSE THE FUEL TO SEEP BACK TOWARDS THE FUEL TANK.
SPECIALLY IF THE FUEL TANK IS LOCATED AT A LOWER LEVEL UNDER THAT OF
THE ENGINE LIKE
UNDER THE SEAT OF A TRACTOR.
THUS EVERY TIME YOU SHUT YOUR ENGINE DOWN, YOU WILL HAVE TO
ALMOST CHOKE THE HECK OUT OF THE CARBURETOR TO GET IT TO FIRE BACK UP!
3. THE MATERIAL THAT WE SEEN THAT THEY USED TO MAKE THE DIAPHRAGM IS NOT MADE OF
THICK RUBBER,
THE SPRING THEY USED TO PUSH THE DIAPHRAGM BACK IS
MADE TOO STIFF!
IT IS AS IF THEY HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHAT THE PURPOSE IS OF THIS UNIT OR DO THEY?
OH! BUT NOW THERE IS A THOUGHT!!
LOOKING MORE LIKE THEY ARE MADE THIS WAY ON PURPOSE TO
MAKE OTHER COMPONETS / PARTS TO
FAIL MORE QUICKLY!

STEP BY STEP TROUBLESHOOTING
BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE!
ONLY A CERTIFIED MECHANIC SHOULD PREFORM ALL THE THINGS BELOW.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PLENTY OF FUEL IN YOUR GAS TANK THAT YOUR ENGINE IS ATTACHED TO NOW
PULL THE FUEL LINE FROM THE FUEL PUMP AND PUT IT INTO A
CLEAR QUART JAR AND LOWER IT TO THE GROUND.
NOW TURN ON YOUR SHUT OFF VALVE, IF YOU HAVE NO FREE-FLOW OF FUEL THEN IT IS
SAFE TO SAY THAT THERE IS
SOMETHING IN THE GAS TANK LIKE GRASS, LEAVES OR DEBRIS STOPING THE FUEL FLO.
THIS SHOULD GIVE YOU AN INDICATION THAT YOU MAY NOT NEED A FUEL PUMP.
NOW IF YOU LOOSEN YOUR GAS TANKS FUEL CAP JUST A LITTLE AND
BLOW SOME AIR INTO THE FUEL LINE GOING BACK TO THE FUEL TANK AND THEN PUT THE
HOSE BACK INTO THE
QUART JAR AND LOWER IT TO THE GROUND AGAIN AND YOU NOW HAVE
FUEL FLOW. YOU THEN KNOW THAT YOU
NEED TO REMOVE THE FUEL TANK TO CLEAN IT OUT. WHY? BECAUSE
WHATEVER IT WAS IS GOING TO FLOAT BACK INTO
THE WAY AGAIN AND RESTRICT THE FUEL FLOW IF YOU DONT CLEAN IT OUT.
LET'S SAY YOU HAD FUEL FLOW AFTER LOWERING THE LINE TO THE GROUND IN THE FIRST PLACE.
THEN YOU NEED TO BLOW THROUGH THE FUEL PUMP ON THE INLET PORT.
IF YOU CAN'T BLOW THROUGH IT THEN REMOVE THE LINE FROM THE FUEL PUMP THAT
GOES DIRECTLY TO THE CARBURETOR.
NOW TRY TO BLOW THROUGH THAT HOSE GOING INTO THE CARBURETOR.
IF YOU STILL CAN'T, THEN YOU KNOW THAT THERE IS
SOMETHING PLUGGED IN THE NEEDLE SEAT AREA THAT IS INSIDE OF THE CARBURETOR.
SOMETHING IS STOPPING THAT FLOW.
REMOVE THE CARBURETOR AND TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL TO HAVE IT SERVICED.
IF YOU ARE A CERTIFIED MECHANIC THEN TAKE THE CARBURETOR APART YOURSELF AND
REMOVE THE FLOAT BOWL AND
NEEDLE FROM THE NEEDLE SEAT. NOW ATTACH AN AIR HOSE TO THE NEEDLE SEAT WHERE
YOU PULLED THE NEEDLE OUT OF AND
BLOW BACK THROUGH IT WITH AN AIR HOSE.
IT SHOULD HAVE NOW BLOWN OUT WHATEVER IT WAS THAT PLUGGED IT UP.
NOW REASSEMBLE THE CARBURETOR IN THE SAME MANNER IT WAS TAKEN APART AND TRY TO
BLOW LOW PREASURE (WE DO IT BY MOUTH) INTO THE CARBURETOR FROM THE
INLET PORT GOING IN TO THE CARBURETOR. YOUR PROBLEM SHOULD NOT BE SOLVED.
NOW WHAT YOU NEED TO DO FROM YOUR FUEL TANK TO YOUR ENGINES CARBURETOR IS
MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS ASSEMBELED IN THIS ORDER...
CLEAR FUEL LINE FROM GAS TANK PORT-to-FUEL SHUT OFF VALVE-to-
FUEL FILTER-to-CLEAR FUEL LINE-to-FUEL PUMP-to-CLEAR FUEL LINE-to-CARBURETOR.
NOW EVEN IF YOUR TRACTOR, GENERATOR, WELDER OR WHATEVER YOUR
ENGINE IS ON DID NOT COME WITH A SEDIMENT BOWL ON IT THEN
LISTEN CLOSELY TO A PROFESSIONAL THAT IS HERE TO SAVE YOU
MONEY/TIME AND A LATER HEADAKE.... DO THIS.....

SEE IT WILL CATCH THAT WATER / CONDINSATION THAT

THIS IS BECAUSE WATER IS HEAVIER THAN GASOLINE.
