    Description

    Hammered Aluminum was popular from the 1920s through the 50s. This appears to be from the end of the Great Depression. It fits with the clear refrigerator style glass containers. They have reproduced some of these containers, including a butter dish, in cobalt blue and other colors I assume. This is the original thing. They haven't reproduced the aluminum lids. The handle is a flower. I found two of these. I'm keeping one for myself as you can tell.
