It's a bit tippy but my youngest cat (2yrs old) still likes it. My other cats (5yrs old and 16yrs old) would like it if it felt more secure. Maybe if the base was wider and/or more weighted.

Easy to assemble. Instructions weren’t even in English! Cat loves to sit up high. Had to put a heavy weight on the bottom as the tree is a little wobbly for a jumping kitty.
