Nordson 3500 Vista Multiscan DIY Rebuild Kit Complete

You are looking at the
easiest
way to service your worn out Nordson system.  This is the least expensive, fastest way to get the fluid section of your machine back to new condition.  This will reduce your down time and can be installed by your service tech in house in just a few hours.
Includes pump, tank, manifold, RTD sensor, thermostat, pressure relief valve, new o-rings, seals, fittings, and hardware!
As part of our exchange program, after you order, we will ship you an assembled hydraulic section including:
1.  Refurbished pump.
All glue residue removed.
All seals, o-rings, ball bearings replaced with new.
Pressure tested with food grade oil.
2.  Teflon coated tank.
High quality coating.
You can pull most adhesives straight out of this tank while cool without a problem.
Includes easy to plug in RTD sensor and thermostat (for Vista or Multiscan, please specify at time of order)
3.  Teflon coated tank cover.
This is an upgrade from standard Nordson.
If you have an overflow you can easily remove the adhesive once it has cooled.
4.  Teflon coated lid holder.
This is an upgrade from standard Nordson.

5.  New pump pan.

6.  Refurbished manifold w/ all new plugs, o-rings, filter, pressure relief valve, and bolts.
We remove all residue inside the manifold.
We replace all o-rings with new viton o-rings
We replace the filter with a new high quality filter.
We replace the pressure relief valve with a new pressure relief valve.
All bolts are cleaned or replaced with new.
All hydraulic plugs and fittings are replaced with new Stainless Steel fittings.
(Need two hose connection, four, or even six?  No problem)
The drain valve is cleaned and refurbished.
7.  New insulation.
Your refurbished tank will come wrapped with high quality insulation.
8.  Mounting bolts and hardware.
Throw your old gummed up bolts away and replace them with these!
When your refurbished fluid section arrives install it in your melter.  After it is up and running, put your old fluid section in our crate and ship it back to us.
With this DIY rebuild you don't even have to drain your melter!  Just leave that nasty, charred up adhesive in the tank and let us take care of the rest!
Your new fluid section will be fully tested in our facility prior to shipping to you.
Your new fluid section will carry a full 1 yr warranty from us.
