. We got this for our cat that never even got a chance to use it before she passed away (hit & run). So, the item is for all practical purposes "new/unused". However, it has been sitting outside on our covered back porch for more than a month now as we are still recovering from the loss, so it may show traces of airborne dirt/dust and regular outdoor critters.
Note:
The shipping cost is very high because of the size - shippers charge by box size. The item ships from the factory in 50+ pieces in a compact box and requires a 30~60 minute assembly. This unit is already fully assembled and that's why shipping is what it is.
