This is a pre-owned near new condition still in the original packaging item.  The packaging was opened and the item used for an undisclosed amount of time but is in excellent near new condition.
Each item has been checked to insure it is in operating order.
Notably, the P4460.01 is an upgrade from the P4440 with the most notable improvement in the use of an internalized battery to insure data is maintained after the system is unplugged.
It's easy to use features allow consumers to readily identify internal deficiencies in appliances, heaters, coolers, and other electrical devices that plug in to standard outlets in order to eliminate said costly and inefficient energy usage.
