The splendid, content-laden, raised-relief sphere is displayed on a handsome, walnut-finished, solid wood post and base. The ball is encircled by a full, 360 degree meridian permitting one to swivel and rotate the sphere to better consider its geographical wonders.
Furthermore, the Edinburgh II Globe has the added feature of converting from a 38" floor model to a convenient table model by simply removing the center post.
