Topaz Fostoria JUNE etch #2394 12" Bowl 1929-1944

Description

Here's a nice 12" console bowl which was made by the Fostoria Glass Company of Moundsville, West Virgnia.  The etched decoration on this is Fostoria's "June Design" (Plate Etching No. 279), whcih was produced in this yellow color, which Fostoria called 'Topaz' or 'Gold Tint', from 1929 until 1944.
The bowl is just about 11-3/4" across the top, stands a little over 3-5/8" high at the edge.  It's in good shape with no chips, cracks, flakes, or fleabites (some scuffs and light here and there from its 75+ years of existence, but there's nothing terribly heavy or that you're going to see unless you're holding it up to the light).  I've got way too much glassware in my life and can't keep myself from constantly buying more, so these need a new home.
