VINTAGE UNITED STATES COMMEMORATIVES STAMP ALBUM NEVER USED 1939 - 1945

Description

This is a vintage postage stamp album.
On the cover is says UNITED STATES COMMEMORATIVES.
It has never had any stamps in it.  It is empty.
The pages are for stamps from 1893 to 1945.
The copyright dates on the pages are from 1935 to 1946.
Pages are clean and neat and solid.
Binder is fairly solid but does show signs of age.
Look at photos for details.  Maybe someone could use this.
